Stars contact?

Anyone got a good stars contact who doesn't take 3 days to reply?

Just an e-mail address or skype, msn etc.

Stars are the absolute worst in the industry. It's astonishing how the Everleaf or Action Poker networks can reply in a few hours yet Stars takes 3 days+, have no dedicated account managers and from what I've seen dont give a crap about affiliates.

I've sent them 4 players recently from one of my sites, all of whom have registered accounts through my affiliate link. These players are apparently not tagged to me and Stars seem to ignore the fact ive sent them the new business. What's frustrating is I dont target any Pokerstars terms in the SERPS, so Im actually sending them new customers who have come to one of my homepages and signed up for Stars that way.

Hi,

Which email address are you writing to? If you sent the email on Friday then yes, you wouldn't have had a reply until now as we only work business days.

If you are in the US for example, and send on Friday morning, then since we are in Europe we will most likely be gone by the time it is sent.

Please email affiliates@pokerstarspartners.com for the fastest response.

We do have dedicated account managers, so if there is extra help that you need then there are always account managers who can help out.

leporello - I have no idea why the players you sent were not tracked to you, but please PM me with details of your website and affiliate id and I can look into whether you have correctly set up your tracker. As no other affiliates have expressed such a concern, and we have several methods of which to test this, I believe that something is wrong on your end.
