Guys just an FYI, i got scammed from buying some content on digital point. Please be careful so this does not happen to you.. Posted on GPWA .

Hello everyone,

I recently posted a concern I had about a member at digital point forum who sold me duplicate material. i bought these articles from him in good faith with him telling me they were all originals. he sent me one it was fine.

Just a couple of days ago i asked him again for more, and he said he would contact me. because i decided to buy more, i wanted to check for sure if the existing ones were ok and not duplicates.

well i found out that many of them if not all were copies. Some of the words were slightly altered in some fashion, while other text was copied exact. These were clearly used before, and i have seen them now on many sites.

The main site these articles i found came from take1look.net who is a member here and also at CAP(at CAP member name take1look and at GPWA his member name is spainpedro) . I have alerted him about the possible copying of his content. Waiting on a reply.

What disturbs me is the fact that after i emailed the seller from digital point about this issue - view user here Ademar Alexandre- aliais killianbr and this is his reply;

I checked some of the websites, and okay, there might be some
similarities in some articles, maybe the writers did research on that
place, I don`t know.

What I was selling were unique, copyscape passed articles and that was
delivered, no scamming or whatsoever. If the articles didn`t pass
copyscape I would gladly refund your money, but I can`t refund you for
something you got, it just doesn`t make sense

So he admits there some similarities, but i can clearly show that allot of it is direct copy, while other parts is just a words shifted around to make it look a little different.

The other concern is this material is written on many websites, and very possible he is selling this to various people without them knowing its copied material.

He sells so much material for gambling related subjects, that is very possible he is selling these to GPWA members, so i want to be able to protect you all.

DO not buy material from this person. If you do you risk being scammed by him with duplicate content.

Some of the material i seen is so identical it is not funny, and allot of it was written by a person named, Adel Awwad who writes many of the articles on Enzines.

His name is Adel Awwad an apparent expert on gambling material.e reported this to enzines as well letting them know about this.

So to be safe i would not recommend anyone buy any content from the so called parties listed in here as you risk content theft

Alexandre Ademar claims he buys these articles from an Indian team of writers and yet he refused to provide me with he source.

I asked him if he would please make a public posit to DP forum yet he refuses to do so, and now will not reply to me anymore.

I raised a dispute with Pay Pal, but because they do not sanction DP forums as a member they legally cant do the refund.

Digital Point has informed me they also cant do anything about this and that its my responsibility.

Yes this is true, but i am shocked they would not investigate a possible content fraud system on their sites. This member is selling duplicate materials to other webmasters and when they complain he refuses to refund them.

So i just want to warn everyone in the affiliate community to please stay clear of these characters and do not buy content from them.

I have tried my hardest to contact all websites that may have had dealings with these individuals to alert them either they were sold duplicate content or their content as been stolen.

Please check all your websites and if you ever bought articles from either Adel Awwad or Alexandre Ademar please report them and do not buy articles from them.

Please also check the website take1look.net because many of the articles are copied from there. So compare your own to verify.

DP has 2 kinds of people, scammers and people that wants things for free.
There are so many scammers over there its ridiculous and many of them isent even tryin to hide it.

I have seen ridiculous lies to get a few dollars, pathetic

There are of course good people also but I tend to only see the scammers and guys that want freebies.
