What are some good converting sportsbooks that allow US bettors?

I have my top three listed as:

5Dimes

Besides those three what are some other good converting US sportsbooks?

With Bookmaker do you find you lose sign ups to their bonus code that overrides the links?

If its for your mma sites Betus is tops. Take a look at 5Dimes as well, they have all these weird bets.

Not doing anything with sportsbooks at the moment, but I did find Bodog to convert the best.

I previously setup the affiliate program for Sportsbetting.com/RaceBook.com which is now Managed by Luis Aker (luis @ earnreal.com). The sportsbook accepts US customers and the name is what helped in conversions. Recently the site got overhauled which really gave a positive lift for many affiliates.

I will ask Luis from EarnReal to visit this forum as a guest affiliate manager and post.
