CarbonPoker/PDCAffiliates Payment Reissue

Hi Everyone,

A snag in our backend has made it necessary to retract and reissue our affiliate payments for September. The problem is an echo of the issue we had earlier this month, but is otherwise isolated and will not recur. Payments were retracted at around 19:30 EST Monday and will be fully re-payed within 24 hours if you haven't seen the payment already.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you have any other concerns don't hesitate to get in touch with me.

14:00 EST: All payments which were retracted have now been reissued. In some cases earnings from August (which had already been paid) were erroneously added to payments for September. Where necessary, adjustments have been made to affiliate account balances in the current month to make up for the overpayment of September's earnings.

If you have any questions about anything to do with our payments, which are now up to date, please do contact me. Once again, we want to thank all our affiliates for their patience.

I think it might be safe to say editing the front pages claim of payments within the first five days of the month could be in order, unless you meant the first five days of the following month?

I'm still waiting for my moneybookers withdrawal... why does Carbon take so long for moneybookers withdrawals compared to all other poker rooms?

There is no fathomable excuse for a room not to pay moneybookers right away, unless they literally don't have it to pay.

Would appreciate an answer on this subject also... there really is no plausable 'honest' reason I can think of for these Moneybookers delays and I am starting to get a little concerned that something larger is amiss at Carbon... AMs??

I remember the first signs of trouble with Eurolinx were guess what, delayed moneybookers cashouts! Something is obviously up, I wish rooms would be honest instead of pretending like nothing is wrong.

Every business has hiccups, it's how they handle them that make me decide to keep promoting them or not.

There are players having issues with withdrawals as well.
