Why must some affiliate managers blatantly lie?

Everyone says calling out the affiliate program is a bad idea, so this OP has been edited. I am still frustrated with it, but you guys know more than me about this so i'll just wait (and wait, and wait, and wait...)

Players Only/Sportsbook does provide codes to affiliates, however I believe they are not currently used for tracking purposes. Also I have had a great experience with Stephen and I'm sure if you contact him he will help you out.

I do not have a direct AMs email. They just keep feeding me this BS that my emails are being forwarded, never get a reply beyond their general support.

The AM's at Chipleader are stand up guys and I am sorry to hear of your issues as well as surprised as they are very active and normally on the case.

I would also like to add that Chipleader (Absolute/UB) has the WORST affiliate support ever. I have asked for bonus codes a few times now, both times I was told my request would be "forwarded to the manager." After a week of no reply I emailed again, was told the same. Surprise! No reply. They then said they were sorry and would get it taken care of. They still have not. Pathetic.

I know the problem. They are really bad to be frank.

You have to wonder what is going on when after months on end of asking no-one can even confirm your active bonus codes. (I've experienced that exact same thing with them)

I gave up on Chipleader a long time ago due to their poor affiliate customer service (not to mention that they were stealing from players).
