Disappearing Players

Hello, anyone else use stats remote?

I promote so many programs it's a vital tool for me, but something has been driving me crazy for about a month....

I tend to check it twice a day, in the morning and as I close up shop for the day.

Sometimes I wake up with less players than I go to bed with, so I'm losing players somewhere.

How can this be? I've been trying to keep an eye on where I'm losing the players at but I seem to be losing 2-3 a day somehow and it's buggin me out.

Could it be players joining up for rakeback or something?

I can't comment on Stats Remote, but I have to say that this month (October) has been my worst month in 5 years. Lots of inactivity (I hope it is not loss of players). Perhaps the world economy is starting to effect the industry adversely ?

I tried stats remote and I didn't care for it. It was handy to see revenue at rooms I dont check daily, but overall I think there is some bugs they need to work out. Some rooms I could never get an accurate reading from.

Have you checked the rooms to verify the #'s?

yeah threw stats remote out within an hour - didn't like it for rakeback

Sorry I wasnt more clear, stats remote is the nuts and I'm suprising anyone promoting multiple niches and programs can live without it as I sure can't.

My problem here is I'll wake up, see (ex) 10 new signups, then it becomes 9 later in the day. I have to figure out which program/s this is occurring at but it seems to be happening nearly daily.

Hey MJ I haven't noticed anything like this myself but I haven't really been paying too much attention to stats the last month. I'll keep an eye out. Is this a regular occurrence or something that's only been happening since 4.0? Maybe try taking screenshots of it each time you check.

Been watching reports closely, it's Party Partners where I keep losing players overnight. Seems like it's almost always a fresh signup too so I'm assuming it's possibly chargebacks but it's happening too often for my comfort level considering I don't seem to have this problem at other brands.

Not sure what to do honestly, been contacting Party about this for weeks now and they never reply at least from the backend.

Are you losing them both in the Statsremote stats and in your PartyPartners backend?

Yea it literally will say -1 in the backend, today had a small number associated with it like -$73.xx which would. Seem small for a chargeback but who knows.
