How is that unrealistic? He has to be the favorite. If you are asked to answer 'who do you think will win the main event' most people are going to answer this with whomever the favorite to win is. Doesn't mean he has a 78% chance to win, just that 78% of people think he's the favorite.

Regardless of chip stacks he has the most experience, is the best player - and most importantly, is probably feared greatly by everybody else at the table. He should be able to stomp all over them, as he likely did the whole tournament.

He needs to double up like three times to even have a chance, I would love Ivey to win but unreal how heavy he is being backed considering how small his stack is
