Transfer/withdraw policy

So i recieved some funds at a merge site that a friend transferred to me.
I then go to the cashier to withdraw, but i cant.
I contact support, and it is not possible to withdraw money for 7 days that has been transferred.
This makes absolutely no sence to me.
Im done playing there for good for sure.

Is that a fair policy?
