Youtube alternative

I have been using Youtube to host my videos for a while, but I need to upload a large video, so I'm looking for an alternative.

I'v been looking into Vimeo and Viddler, and are hoping that someone can share their experiences with those, or maybe suggest a 3rd alternative.

I'm basically just looking for some place that will host a 30 minute video and allow people to embed it on their sites.

Vimeo and Viddler are good. Looks very clear like HD. I think they have the HD option. I am not sure though.

Video is a pretty solid option in my opinion, I personally would be pretty hard pressed to find a reason to upload to Youtube outside of the traffic they offer.

Maybe offtopic, but how can you upload longer than 10 minutes to youtube? Agreed with MJ, youtube for the traffic is a must. Also make sure you have a solid title for your video as youtube videos usually rank quite well.

Also with videos, you should upload to all the sites imho.

You must be a YouTube partner. YouTube partners have many subscribers and are deemed to be high value by YouTube. They also get paid for every (1,000? 10,000?) viewers they have per video.

Youtube partners can make good cash, but only if you can get a million views basically. Something like 1/3-1/2 of a cent per view once you get approved and cross the mark.

Most people will make mere pennies though.

I need to check out Viddler, we can knock Vimeo off the list for a lot of our industry type stuff.
