Default Possible misuse of my domain name

I was checking some ranking on Google and this site turns up near the top when searching www parkpokerdomains.com/realpokerbonus.com/texas_holdem_on_real_poker_bonus html

They are using my domain name www realpokerbonus com in their text in a manner that I'm not really happy with. Is there anything I can do about this? I'm a new boy at all this and I'm not sure if I can get it stopped and if it's worth the bother.

Being a new boy I can't post links yet.

So they are using the term "Real Poker bonus" on their website? If so, there is nothing you can do about that.

No they actually use realpokerbonus.com in the text.

you will not find any better best internet poker sites at RealPokerBonus.com. If you click on any of the sponsored links you are able to get an added bonus deposit cash into your poker account from signing up at on RealPokerBonus. We want you to enjoy the most trusted online-poker and understand why texas holdem is the best and fastest growing game in the world.
This is the head text then there are links that say realpokerbonus.com but they don't link to my site. To be honest their site is pretty poor and I don't want my domain linked with it.

Replace your domain name in that url and it exists too.

Dickheads.co.uk gives them a great header

Not much I can do then really. I thought about it afterwards and it's not that big a problem I don't think, it's not like mine is a recognizable brand. Just didn't like seeing my site name up there

Im not sure, but I think in the form that they're using it there's not to much you can do about it :/ Like I can splatter Walmart Sucks all over my website, or I love Walmart.. It's opinion, so it's not slanderous, and they're not trying to be you, they're just talking about you..

This one though is just a silly spam site, once you rank a little btter, they'll disapear for ya.. or that's my guess anyway.

I wouldn't worry too much about this. jmo
If you're going to bet US Sports online - I strongly suggest 5Dimes.com or Bookmaker.eu.

Some succeed because they are destined to, but most succeed because they are determined to.

    thanks for comments,

I think yesterday I was at a low. I made a few mistakes recently and messed up what little bit of success I was starting to get in the search engines and I'm just starting get back to where I was, and then I saw that site which seem to be trying to get a freebie off my hard work. Lol it's all good now on consideration I don't see it doing me any harm.

Not much you can do, and it shouldn't really effect you (except maybe, your ego). I would suggest that you write a friendly, targeted Email to the Webmaster, asking him politely to remove the reference to your site, on his site. If that doesn't elicit action, try and find a mailing address for his domain (maybe through WHOIS), and send him a registered letter that has your attorney's name and address on it. This scare tactic has been known to work at times, but not always.

as others have said - dont worry

there are alot of these scrappery sorts of sites around - they are irritating but ultimately they are just pointless and not going to cause you any great harm

just ignore them and keep plugging way doing your thing

    cheers SB
