Someone copied my site and is reselling it!

One of my surfers recently purchased an ebook here winatonlinepoker.net/ and when they read it large chunks of my text turned up in the PDF that this guy is selling copied verbatim, word for word.

Surfer forwarded me the PDF and he's copied all of the rules etc and large portions of the heads up play from sixhanded.com

Should I try to do something about it or just accept that parasites will always exist in this industry?

I think you should 1, sell an ebook!

2.. What can you do? I think you should do what you can do. If you can shut his sites down with DMCA's do that. If you can sue for loss of revenue, do that. If you can make him hand over profits/domains, do that.

3. Is there any use in asking him if he's 12 or knows better? Most say no, but I thought i'd throw that out there to.

Sucks. Take him/her down! I realize there are shady people everywhere in this industry but I don't think thats reason for all of us to just accept it.

Unless you feel it's not worth your time and effort, there's no reason you should let people get away with stealing your content. There are parasites in every industry; perhaps there's too much tolerance in this industry compare to others though.
