Uploading videos without graininess?

I like to upload videos instead of pictures to my blog section of my poker site but have such bad issues with Youtube videos being so grainy. Is there anything else better to use to make the clarify better?

Im using a good camera and iMovie to upload the videos....which look fine in the player but once on youtube they look like crap (unless you click "watch in high quality") but I'd like to have that as default. Anyone have any suggestions?

Never mind....found it. Adding &fmt=6 to the end of the url puts it into high quality.

Roger you can also try Truveo for high def, just as easy and frankly a better product.
