    Default Is Bodog dead?

    Hi all --

I'm new at the affiliate business, and Bodog was very responsive in getting me signed up and answering questions.

Now I have some commissions accrued and I'd like to get them cashed out, but my account says to contact them to establish a payout method.

Over the last two weeks I have sent them at least six emails with questions on how to do this and received no response. I've sent emails both from my registered email account and from the affiliate web site. No response whatsoever.

Has Bodog gone off the air? Are they dead? Is anyone else having this problem?

    Thanks for any advice.

They do have new teams in place for managing the marketing business. I am sure Jeremy can sort something out for you easily if you contact him.

Alternatively you can contact Rebecca who is very active on all forums and social networking scene and she would put you in touch with the right contact.

If you're a smaller affiliate. Set it up to pay to your player account and you'll likely never need support again from their affiliate department. There customer support for players is one of the best in the industry. Call them they pick up often in 2 rings and are super helpful. Also payouts are generally quick. The site is certainly not dead. Great company imo, though affiliate support was always up and down, especially after pete left. Can't speak now though because don't really need any support from them, haven't in a while. On the player side A+
If you're going to bet US Sports online - I strongly suggest 5Dimes.com or Bookmaker.eu.

Some succeed because they are destined to, but most succeed because they are determined to.

Thanks to everyone who replied and, right up front, apologies to Bodog.

As it turns out, a misconfiguration on my ISP's part caused about two-thirds of my email to be directed to an unchecked POP account, rather than my main Exchange account. Phone messages have gone unreturned, important correspondence have been ignored, it's a disaster.

The upshot is that Bodog was very responsive in emails that never reached me. They were very courteous and helpful even in the face of my escalating frustration that clearly wasn't their fault.

Hats off to them. I feel like a douche.

I'm going to try to delete this thread so that it doesn't make incorrect implications to people who don't bother reading it through. If I don't manage to, admins are welcome to.

Thanks again to everyone for your help, and sorry again to Bodog.

I'm glad you got it worked out. I was baffled by your initial post as Bodog has always been extremely responsive. Glad to see it was a positive outcome.
