Where to sell sites?

I'm wondering where is the best place to sell sites?

I have several non gambling related sites that I need to unload because I just don't have time for them any more.

If anyone can help I would appreciate it. Or if you want to buy send me a PM.

My theory is to post it on every single webmaster forum. I know that's a daunting task but you never know what kind of person could be on some abstract webmaster forum with cash in hand.

The above forums esp. digitalpoint, as well as WarriorForum - Internet Marketing Forums which also a large internet marketing forum are all good starting places.

But depending on traffic numbers and domain potential you may wish to source in a domain broker. They normally take a % of the sale but will get you a fairer price. This is ideal for single word domains and short domains that can be considered to have value. However if you are selling a domain such as best-internet-casinos.extension or something similar I would just do it through the forums as these domains yeild low value on the reseller market even though you may think it is worth more.

For buying domains I use Domain name auctions to purchase quality expired and deleting names which is a fantastic source for grabbing some domains ready to expire or expired and with great residual traffic.

sedo are very good if you contact them and ask. There are other ones I dealt with in the past who are good and helped me acquire nine.com and 9am.com

I've had quite a bit of luck selling smaller sites at DP (Digital Point). As the sites get larger I don't really like selling them on DP though and would prefer SitePoint...
