Need help with content theft from highstakespoker.pl - Filip Muzolf

Good day folks,

I discovered last night someone at xxhttp://www.highstakespoker.pl has stolen my content and i want to know if anyone knows him..


I have contacted Poker stars regarding this affiliate and waiting on their reply.

Here is the full post from GPWA so i do not need to re write it...

Please if anyone knows him or if a Pokerstars rep can get in touch i would appreciate it..

Well sorry to say again there is another webmaster among us who as stolen the same article from our site. This time its the site xxhttp://www.highstakespoker.plxx

The link where they have stolen my content can be seen here below.

A screen shot at the bottom of this page will be supplied as proof. I have to figure out if they are members here so i am asking if anyone knows this person please ask them to remove the stolen content.

It is another cut and paste job....

Based on my research of this since last night here is what i found.

This webmaster owns the domain

xxhttp://www.highstakespoker.plxx

The also i believe own the following domains below

xxhttp://www.localpokerlive.comxx
xxhttp://www.mybigpoker.comxx
xxhttp://www.infopoker.plxx

And possibly - xxhttp://www.thepokergrinders.comxx (not 100%)

They are mainly promoting Poker Stars on these Polish sites..

They have the affiliate code below,

I will assume they can be tracked to the code 10142966.

I will be in contact with the affiliate department at poker stars to investigate this immediately today and inform them of this.

Like wise i am in contact with the hosting companies who are hosting these sites as well to inform them.

The name associated with these sites based on Domain Tools and looking up their infos is Filip Muzolf

Please note all these domains seem to point to this person, and in the site all links are pointing to the site xxhttp://www.infopoker.plxx based on all the blog posts and connection between the sites.

In the site there is allot of reference to the site xxhttp://www.thepokergrinders.com as being the main blog which is a rake back site.... It may be a feed i am not sure.

If anyone knows this person please have them contact me to have my stolen content removed from their site please..

I will report back with more info i am investigating on this affiliate...

One thing to note:

It seems both Alphonso69 a member here and this affiliate are stealing the same content from many sites.... there is a connection here.

My prelim feeling is one of them copied from another and as it turns out it was my content they stole!!!

These theives must be stopped right away....

That sucks GFPC and no I dont know them. Just a suggestion cuz I know you've had rough go of with content theft lately. Why not remove your sig links? If people are copying your sites before you have a chance to get the articles indexed yourself it might be best to leave the links out of your sig for now - especially when its forum members ( and I use that term loosely) who are doing this.

Well i have copyscape premium and some other costly gadget from them that checks my sites for copies every week...its going to so costly for me, but in the end its worth it since i do not want webmasters stealing our content we pay for which will be a huge amount..

I have 18 hours a day to deal with these thieves, and no matter what i will report every one them everywhere.

As it so happens i know i have stolen content, i get sold stolen content.. and just yesterday another writer had to fire his employee for sending me stolen content..

Jesus.. in 2 days 2 sites copied my work, and an employee to one of my writers copied work and sent to me.

I cant beleive these guys

If you want we can together on this and have it shut down or stopped. If its happening to you too then its happening to allot of us.

I have filed a report to Stars, and also his host. Will report back with any findings i get.

One thing to keep note of, is also another webmaster private member alphonso69 is also stealing webmaster content.

You can check it out over at GPWA and CAP. Hes a long time affililiate.

Both these webmasters are stealing many of our contents.

We need to help each other put a stop to this.

I have contacted several Ams, hosts, ect ect... in trying to protect all of from these theives.

Please also xx the url of the link to your article on their site quick... 'reasons to play real slots' on the off chance they had not found PAL already the referral in analytics may bring them here to steal from more of us

100% behind your stance on this one... pursue these scraper scum. Realize that the affiliate programs are not resourced to police every site, but would also be nice to see an account or 3 shut down when things are obviously and repeatedly stolen.

Yeah both these guys are real scum wads!!

They surf around the net staling from many of us freely. They also make money from our stolen content.

I hope Poker Stars at least has the common ethical stance to make comment to the theft as this affiliate is sending them players with stolen materials.

I have tried contacting them over a few months and i never get a reply form them...

I would be so greatful... if no one can i am afraid i will never hear a peep from them...

This affiliate who own xxhttp://www.highstakespoker.pl seems to be linking alot to his other possible site.

If in fact its the same guy he is ripping materials from many of our sites..

Allready i found he is ripping material from me...

He is also ripping material from Marks site (focal click mark) xxhttp://wwwaintluck.comxx

and also from xxhttp://thepokergrinders.comxx who works for Rake Back engine.

I have been speaking with Tim at RBE and he is alerting thepokergrinder.

But i would like if anyone could alert Mark in case i cant get a hold of him.

Please also check your sites, do a real good search on this guys sites and see if he is ripping your material....

I believe (not 100 percent) his name is Filip Muzolf. From a who is check...

I have alerted Carly at poker stars many many times - she did contact him but no word back yet from stars about their aff who steals our content.

Also i contacted Europartners to alert them he is also their aff as well.

I will continue to email and contact anyone else he is an aff for...

Please guys check your sites.. This guy is ripping from many of us in this industry...

I am asking all of you to please help stop this guy and protect our good community from content thieves..
