Affilite Panel Software - please recommend

Hi folks!

I am looking for an Affiliate Panel for my site. I want to pay my partners CPL for the leads and CPA for the conversions. There are several interesting solutions, right now I am looking at iDev and Post Affiliate Pro.

Do you have experience with this software or some similar products which you could recommend to have a look at? (Price up to $400).

All I need is CPL/CPA affiliate panel. What I would love to have is that every user which signs up automatically becomes a sort of affiliate - meaning he could invite his friends with his own link.
