Bluff Room - Affiliate contact

I should contact with affiliate bluff room (merge gaming)

I tryied to send mail to affiliate support , pokerroom support and tryied to contact with live support but they didnt answer for my questions.

I have problem with payment. In my affiliate panel I have information about last payment (payment method player account) but I didnt get this money on my player account The same affiliate panel is on other merge gaming affiliate (for example 365bonitas) but I havent problem with payment.

Anybody can help me?
