Had a pleasant surprise before Xmas, checked Europartners account and it's showing an accumulation since the last time they paid me in June last year of around $800.
Problem is it doesn't show that in the outstanding amount box (shows 0) but I think that's a general system error...it does show the amounts on monthly searches and always shows the current month accumulation OK.
Mailed the contact named in my control panel and got this response (and just this) ...'might be a mistake'.....and no further response to follow up from me asking for explanation. How's that for good Customer service.
No response from payments@ or support@.
Anyone have any idea who the best person for me to approach is?
