I'm having a little trouble sometimes figuring out who to send the DMCA request to..

That doesn't really tell me who's hosting it.. Also I saw a little DMCA notice on a Google search the other day, are they accepting these now? The one I saw was in response to a law suit, so I'm thinking it was just in response to that, but .. if they're accepting DMCA reports, I defo wanted to know about it .

You cannot copyright a headline or title.

Some of the anonymization services publish indirect email addresses you can use to try to contact their clients. I've found you have to type them in by hand, as the email addresses tend to be images.

There are no guarantees you'll reach a real person, of course.
