Affiliate Network backend?

I am looking for a backend, white label or original, that could host a number of sponsors in a sponsor network i am setting up. The backend will need to be able to let affiliates log in/check stats/tracking etc, but must support integration and tracking with a number of external sponsors either through feeds or other methods. It must also allow me to view info and ofcourse to organise and carry out payments for the users on the network.

I know that ShareResults of Income Access offer a white label that does this. Any other suggestion? Does anyone know of any existing networks that offer their script for license?

There are few out there, like the ones that have been mentioned as well some new major players coming in 2010.

But the solution will depend on the use and scale of the project, you may or may not need an enterprise solution or something a simple as scrape and display hack that you can have made by freelancer.

As well as Income Access, Netrefer there is also Brand Conversions who I believe are begining to offer a white label service

How much would you expect to pay for a scrape and display solution? What about a white label?
