Who's watching the fights tonight? Won't have money on these fights tonight but I can't wait to watch them. The best fight card ever!

My thoughts or predictions for tonight's fights:
Frank Mir: I think this match will be determined more by striking than the ground game. I think Nog's ground game is slightly better but Mir knows enough to offset this advantage. Nog should have great striking from his experience but I think Mir is going to be the one who comes out on top.

Silva: Just watch Silva's last 2 fights against Rampage. I think Rampage doesn't have a clear mind or the best confidence which was evident with his problems after he lost to Griffin. I think the knockout of the night is going to be for Silva over Jackson.

Griffin vs. Evans: This one is a tough call and I think this fight is a 50/50 split. I think Griffin has an edge for ground game and if he can get some take downs then maybe he can score more points or take some life out of Evans. I think striking Evans is better and I really don't know who is going to get the first crack at this fight. Evans with striking or Griffin with a take down. If Evans is the underdog for this fight and has a better price I would take him for the money but just trying to call out who is going to win I don't know but I like both fighters.

I don't think I'd bet any money on these fights unless the payout is even for Silva then I would put money there and if Evans is listed as the dog in the fight then I'd put money there as well.

I use to watch UFC.. I think it has died down a bit. well where I live at least, bars use to be packed and everyone would be talking about it. If I ran marketing for UFC I would change the stupid number eg.. UFC 88 or UFC 174 they should name it with the main fight of the fight or something.
Although I still like it just don't bother to go out of my way to watch it.

Yeah pretty solid card. Im putting my money on Griffin and just lookin forward to watching Silva fight, his kicks are brutal.

fucking Rogers cable. 10pm, go to order PPV and I get some error code and told I have to call Rogers. I call and the wait times are long. It is now 25 after and I'm still on the phone ...

All fights were great. I really did not want Evans to win. He came out so cocky and really was getting beat through the first two rounds. One good shot and it turned it in his favor though. That happens sometimes.

Rampage hammer skunked Wanderlei and probably sent him into retirement or into a perpetual fight with Chuck Lidell.

Big Nog really let me down and Frank Mir really stepped up tonight. Mir was the best I have ever seen him and Big Nog looked out of shape and slow.

Cheick Kongo looked good as well and am looking forward to seeing him fight some top flight heavyweight opponents in the near future.
