    Default Fees and Tracking

    Hi all,

Recently I saw a thread on 3rd Bullet Poker (on PAP) and it got me thinking about two things:

    1. The types and % of fees different networks/skins charge their affiliates
    2. The tracking reliability of the various rooms -- as in how good or bad are they at properly associating players with their respective affiliates

I did a quick search and don't think this has been discussed. Would be interesting to see if anyone has ever looked into this before?

that may be an idea for an affiliate related site. I am sure many are interested and would get alot of searches. FT and Cake are bad for fees

The larger the volume the less noticeable the fees become.

Everest Poker the bonus deductions seem crazy to me, are they really giving players 50+% rakeback as bonuses. However, I don't do a lot to promote them and am happy with the player volume so it kinda washes out. As far as tracking goes, honestly couldn't tell ya.

At PDC, I'm not sure if there is even a column for fees, player value is low but tracking seems to be great.

At Cake: I do a large volume through rakeback and my fees are only 4% of the amount raked. This is of course low because many of my players only ever deposited once, and if they do go bust they usually do site to site transfers with each other rather than put more cash online. For me player value is high, tracking has gotten worst (Used to never have a problem).

Full Tilt - On CPA so no fees. Tracking seems great to me, in fact I'm usually left wondering where so many sign ups are coming from.

Sun Poker - This site never converted on my sites, but I asked around and no one else seemed to be having problems. I tried a few things but never figured out why they didn't do well on my site. Mark was always so good with sending updates, that I left the Sun ads up till recently when they moved to network we're not allowed to promote.

There are quite a few I'm not real sure about, but if conversation breaks out on those I'll go take a look, but for now will leave it at those..
If you're going to bet US Sports online - I strongly suggest 5Dimes.com or Bookmaker.eu.

Some succeed because they are destined to, but most succeed because they are determined to.
