    Default Anyone Promote Paddy Power?

I've been promoting Paddy Power Poker/Casino for about a year now and I've only had a few SU's and I'm just wondering if this brand (which seems to be big in the EU) is really as big as I thought?

Anyone know more about this site?

    Hey Randy,

Paddy Power are the biggest high street bookmakers in Ireland. I'm not sure outside of Ireland, but I would say brand awareness is not particularly high among your regular Googler. I'd say even in the UK that brand awareness is not very high.

They do run the Paddy power Irish Open which always attracts a large contingent of players from around Europe and further afield.

They own a couple of online sportsbooks in Australia.

Paddy Power are one of the biggest bookmakers in Ireland and have started to branch into other countries such as U.K, Australia, Spain. I think there is plans to go into Germany and France this year too. They are doing v well offline in the U.K since entry.

As said, not many people would be aware of them online unless they are from Ireland, U.K.

I tried promoting them in the past and had no success. I'm sure there is a market because I seen other big sites promoting them. I decided likely that market just doesn't match up with my site theme, design style, writing or something else. With all the programs out there I don't force things too much, if a program doesn't do well for me after a little bit I try something else which was the case here.
If you're going to bet US Sports online - I strongly suggest 5Dimes.com or Bookmaker.eu.

Some succeed because they are destined to, but most succeed because they are determined to.

I'm from the UK and Paddy Power doesn't have the presence that Ladbrokes or William Hill have. I definitely recognise the Paddy Power brand but if I was your average bettor looking to wager online I'd go for someone like Ladbrokes, Will Hill, Betfair or Bet365 before Paddy Power.

I agree with leporello that it's probably a lot bigger in Ireland than it is outside of Ireland.

I live in Northern Ireland and 99% of the gamblers I know have a PaddyPower or Ladbrokes account, most even have both.

Outside of Ireland, (England, Wales, Scotland) I would reckon they all use Ladbrokes, BetFair, bet365 and William Hill like Greg said.

A little while ago I created a PaddyPower player account to write a review for someone, and they send loads of emails. This could be good for player retention, however sometimes it does piss me off lol. They email offering me free tournament entries, latest promotion details etc though so I'm sure if you got a player there that they would be a regular.
