Do any of you pay attention to these rules, and follow them?

Last month, they passed new rules that would greatly effect the affiliate industry - at least if you reside in the US.


This was the best article I could find about these new rules/laws or whatever you want to call it.

It is sort of long, but IMO well worth reading. If nothing else, go down to the middle/end of the article and read about where he starts discussing parts that would come into play for affiliates. I meant to post something about this on here a month ago, but I forgot.

Would like to hear some opinions on this.

Makes me wonder how they would enforce something like this. Once the crackdown begins people will fall inline with their guidelines.
