If you could start any business........

This should be a fun thread. If money didn't matter and you could start any business outside of affiliate marketing, what would it be?

Personally I would invent something stupid, put on an ugly shirt and a headset, yell at the camera, and of course......produce my first infomercial.

But wait there's more..... I've always wanted to use this line in a sales pitch.

Being a silent owner in a strip club would be fun too, but I'm sure most of you already realized that.

Being an entrepreneur is tough because at any given time you have about 27 different business ideas in you head. It's even worse as an internet marketer because along with the ideas you have domains and lots of half built sites!

For me most certainly a sportbook or betting shop, perhaps the whole casino. I obviously don't regret it, but had it not been for my girlfriend at the time (which eventually because my daughters mother) I'd of left in the 90's to work for VIP sports when they were getting started - and have a good feeling I'd most likely of ended up either working with future start ups or landing a position as lines manager or something similar at one of the larger books.
Of everything I've done, working in sports betting was my favorite and would love to have had a chance to have done it legally as the illegal part and having responsibilities as a single father is what made me leave it, but I really love that business more than any other.
I still might end up doing this legally at some point. I kinda think that once I got enough money to last forever, I might start in a casino and work my way up the corporate ladder just as a hobby.

Scuba Diving Resort in the Caribbean

Although, you'd never guess by looking at my fat ass, I'm an avid scuba diver and absolutely love the sport. I'm a certified "Rescue Diver" and first responder, also certified in Nitrox.

I love food (hence my fat ass), majored in Hotel Restaurant Management and have done every job possible in a restaurant so it would be a big kick for me to have a scuba diving boutique resort with a kick ass restaurant all at reasonable prices.

more seriously... I've thought about this for about 20 minutes and I've got nothing. That can't be good. It's not like there is a lot of restrictions here. I just can't think of anything that isn't illegal or immoral.

I almost tried MJs idea when a local ski resort went up for sale for $300,000 with lifts, groomers and all equipment included.

I came very close to buying a golf course once. Financing fell through last minute and the land was turned into condos.. I was more pissed it was going to be sold then I really wanted to buy it, but then one day while golfing I said to my cousin, wouldn't it be mad cool if we owned this. He agreed, Idea brewed and we went for it, time was very limited though and we fell just a little short of raising the funds in time and I realized I was not sold enough on the idea to push it any further.
