Has anybody got an emergency contact number for Moneybookers? My account was hacked some time in the past 24 hours and the support people aren't in til Monday morning (same with VIP support).

moneybookers is bad for this, and i found myself in the same position with their lack of support. Try their email support, also do as much investigation on your own and inform them of what happened.

Just a note . . . My Moneybookers account was hacked. Not Moneybookers hacked. The later suggests that everybody is at risk and your post promotes undue fear.

I had my msn hacked and they opened a moneybookers account using my email address and wanted me to pay $100 into it and they would give me control of my msn back.

I obv told moneybookers this and they proceeded to close the fraudulent account then cos i never had photo id they closed mine too

Got through to Moneybookers and all the accounts that money was transferred to have been locked down so fingers crossed I'll be able to get most of it back.

good luck - its not a nice experience to go through at all. i had it about 12 months ago and they got into my stars and gmail accounts and he started playing $500 sngs. fortunately the hacker won 3/7 so i didn't lose too much before i got stars to lock the account down!!

My Moneybookers account was hacked a while back. They closed it and sorted it out, but ever since then I haven't bothered to re-open it.
