I'm looking for a plugin where I can ask several questions that a visitor has to answer. I don't want a normal contact form type thing, I want to be able to get a lot of their details and answers etc.

Depending how in-depth you want to get, Gravity Forms may be a good choice. I do not use it personally yet. It's a commercial plugin ($39 I think?)
