Chipleader December Payment "Glitch"

I had an issue with a payment in December for chipleader where they shorted me over 3k. I talked to one of the AMs and they said it was a part of a 'glitch'.

I was told it was forwarded on to higher ups, but no word yet after several attempts to follow up via email.....sigh.....

Two Questions:
1. Did anyone experienced the same problem with the payments for the period of December from chipleader as well?

2. Does anyone have someone (AM or otherwise) at chipleader they prefer to work with?

There seems to be some strange things happening at Chipleader... it looked like a good month for me in January and then on the last day of the month they hit me with a shat load of fees and I ended up not making a dime.

And now I just noticed that my earnings for February are 200% over my monthly average and it's only the 3rd of the month!

What kind of "fees"? Deposit fees? Chargebacks? Casino/Blackjack winnings?

the last of those would most likely explain the huge bump in earnings in February so far (player losing all of their winnings back...)

Our december earnings were normal, they weren't short or anything. Our AM is Alex - she's usually very responsive.
