This is the best piece of advice I have seen in a long time. It came courtesy of Kyle, had to create a new thread because other one is closed.

"Create something that's profitable with no bugs or glitches, and once it's a well oiled machine, scale it up in a systematic manner. Use the same system in different profitable niches, and break the system down into steps you can outsource."

That is actually great advice. Many of us have said it again and again, if you can be successful in the poker affiliate industry, you can be successful in any industry. As you scale up, I'm also a firm believer that outsourcing is critical.
