What're the best rooms to promote?

I'm sure there's another of these threads kicking around, but I cannot for the life of me find it, so if there is, I apologize.

Anyway, I'm looking to start promoting a few rooms as well as somewhere that pushes blackjack heavily and I'm looking for suggestions on which are the best to work with. Feel free to post up some aff links too as there's bound to be rooms I'm not an affiliate at yet.

So yeah, what rooms have excellent support, friendly and capable AM's, and good player retention?

Sites that push Blackjack as well - UB and Party Poker come to mind

2 US Allowed rooms and 3 Non US Allowed rooms sounds pretty good to me.

And I was leaning towards Party Poker for my blackjack specific place to promote unless there's something better out there.

FTP and Stars both convert well - neither has blackjack.

Party is pretty solid for non-us and have blackjack.

I still can't find it in my to recommend anybody to promote UB/AP but they have decent volume and they have BJ - don't know how well they convert because I only sign people up to them when specifically asked.
