I would really like to get in contact with someone from Chipleader. Does anyone have contact details of someone who can answer a basic question? Thanks.

I have been trying to get someone to answer for over 6 months now, so asking here is kind of a last resort.

Nothing strange about it. You get a fast reply because of who you are.

At times I have gotten quick replies but overall I would say 75% of my emails to Danielle or general support have been ignored completely.

Don't get me started on some of the laughably ridiculous decisions they have made when they have actually replied to me.

Brutal response time, always have been. I'm currently in stage 3 of emailing the same questions 2 weeks after they responded for the second time saying apologies for not responding to your last email, someone will address it and get back to you soon. 2 days later, tumble weed again.
