eworld payments - any ideas who this is?

I just got some small change sent to my Neteller acc from a mysterious 'eworld payments', has anyone received similar and definitely knows who it is?

One final call for any ideas otherwise I guess I'll just file it under misc and hope some details turn up in the future.

Google searching says it may be Income Access, that's definitely not the case for me.
