I have to say that i get on very well with the vast majority of am's that i deal with, but it still takes alot of them three days to answer an email which can be a major problem when you've got a customer waiting for a problem to be dealt with. They really are a law unto themselves.
Don't work with the retarded ones, move on to the next one. There are many competent ones that you can work with.

I have never had a bad experience with an am, until last week. I felt exactly like gooderpoker did in his OP. It went something like this (out of the blue):
I understand that I was not within their T&C but what was frustrating to me was that they just p**syfooted around the whole thing, taking multiple emails just to get to the bottom of it. I'm still debating on whether I even care if they reopen the account (it's a new program for me).AM: Hi, we have blocked your account until you update the bonus info on your page.
ME: Ok, what page are you talking about and what info is incorrect
AM: We have said it clearly, you must change the info AND add a contact page on your site with a statement that says that any additional bonus funds will come from YOU, the affiliate
ME: It is not clear to me what you are talking about, please explain this extremely unprofessional email to me.
AM: 1) You are squatting on our domain 2) We have said clearly that you must add a contact page to your site
ME: Ok, now I know what page you are talking about, what is wrong with the bonus info
AM: **gives link**
ME: Bonus info on site is exactly the same as the link you gave
AM: You must close your domain in order for us to reopen your account.

If a company has unprofessional people working for them, its a real bad sign. Reminds me of some of the shit Ive seen the Titan people pull, actually that would be my guess is Titan
