Looking for Outsourcing/Virtual Assistant Advice

I'm looking to hire a virtual assistant to help me with some of the more repetetive tasks I do.

Tasks would include
- Calling companies on the phone to get information.
- Read articles and summarize them.
- Compile small reports fx. showing my monthly income and expenses broken down by category.

I'm still pretty new to outsourcing, so I would really appreciate it if someone could recommend me a company to work with and maybe give me some advice on how to work with virtual assistants.
