Jeremy, PAL should have its own annual awards... Best Affiliate Manager, Most Helpful Member, etc. voted by PAL's members.
You think PokerStars would win Best Affiliate Program?
The ONLY AM that comes to mind is Mark from FocalClick (Sun Poker). He ALWAYS replies to my inquiries very quickly and does his best to help or resolve issues.
Oh, and if this counts, Mitch from PAW!

I woudl have to say Ryiaz with Only and Colin (formerly) with Reefer.
Colin and Stephen for me, of all the rooms ive signed up to through here they were the guys with the quick answers and the tone that they really wanna help.

Some name maybe lesser known in forums is Kriton K. from Party Poker. I've been working with him for nearly 3 years now, and he's one of the best to work with. Besides that he's not arrogant, not want to push his products over others, or what so ever.
