This is exactly what i've been thinking for the last half an hour. This is the way ours works as we get the total and pay the rakeback ourselves. Maybe we won't be affected?

I am afraid not. Full Tilt said they will be monitoring straight revenue share affiliates to make sure they aren't offering rakeback.

Just to clarify, PAS will honor the 3% rate after the new rule is final. If you have any other questions please contact either me or Tony.

Now that's really backward. You can have 35%, but if you offer any of it to your players they take 5% from you. I guess full tilt rakeback has now gone underground.

I think its pretty odd how some people seem to be embracing this and I dare say excited ...... I think we can all see where this is going, and it just hurts affiliates plain and simple.

Anyway, I think this is a great opportunity to push different rooms with much better margins. Just no reason to ever accept 5% or 3% willingly thats just too low.

No reason to dwell on this issue much, after speaking with several of the sites CEO's and some owners this afternoon, I am happy to say I doubt Full Tilt is trend setting here lol.

This doesn't affect non-rb affiliates necessarily. We already got our good hard screwing last year when they enacted the 60 day rule on us. Rakeback affiliates were not really affected by the 60 day rule, as most people who sign up for rb convert pretty quickly.

I know for a fact that there are/were rb affiliates making 35%+. These guys put a lot of their profits back into PERSONALLY SERVICING THESE PLAYERS, often times with payrolled staff, rake races, not to mention the help funding accounts, fronting money, etc.

Personally I think it's a slap in the face to the rb affiliates who bust their ass to service FT's players for them, as well as front their own money on promo's and races.

What would FT do if all the major rakeback affiliates binded together and began only giving 22% to their existing players. You want to see some outrage, try cutting players rakeback by 5%. Oh wait, FT would probably launch their own RB site to compete with affiliates..............

The arrogance and greed of the top rooms in this industry never ceases to amaze me. ALL the operators should rewind 5 years and don't forget who busted their asses to help make them successful. We did, the affiliates

Very well said as always J! I have a lot more to say, but I'm just honestly too disgusted with the events that led to this to post anything professional right now

How dare you rakeback affiliates send Full Tilt 99% of their highest quality players?????

Take a pay cut immediately, and feel lucky that you aren't banned from the affiliate program for sending such profitable players!!!

    How dare you?
