Can someone tell me what the best place/way to sign up for sportsbook affiliate programs is? Directly through the sportsbook? Commissionaccount.com? Other?

Sign up at commissionaccount.com, they promote sportsbook.com.

Directly trough the sportsbook whould be your choice in most cases, as most sportsbook have their aff-program in-house.

What sportsbook program to choose?

Its depend on if youre targeting european punters or US-punters.

For europen punters these are a must-have :

Bet365, bet24, expekt, centrebet, betway, unibet, betsson, nordicbet, bwin, 888sport, betsafe

For bet365, signup through bet365 Affiliates ? Sports Betting, Casino, Bingo, Poker Affiliate Programme

comission account only offer a select few sportsbooks that are basicly all the same. You will need to go direct to most other sportsbooks.
Top ones to get in my mind are Bet365, Bodog, maybe William hill since your in the UK and others.... But you definitely need to broaden your choice of sportsbooks.

Also post questions like this in the Sportsbook section it needs the activity

Simon, I think I had a bet365 affiliate account a long time ago. Probably around 4-5 years ago. I can't remember what email address I used and my address has changed. Am I ok setting up a new account?
