I've just set up a cpa site, and in the last three days i've had 8 full tilt sign ups but none have deposited yet. Is this normal? What percentage of your non rakeback full tilt sign ups deposit and play for real money?

78.83% from one of my sites over 12 months
Even if you fall on your face, you're still moving forward.
I have some sites where the deposit ratio is really high, and others that are terrible. It really comes down to quality. Not sure if this has something to do with FT's ability to convince players to deposit or if it's just that the bad traffic isn't gonna convert no matter what.
PS - 3 days isn't going to tell you anything. Give it some time, brotha! 8 signups in 3 days on a new site is great.

It really depends on the traffic. For example if you have a signup who found you by searching for Full Tilt bonus code or Full Tilt rakeback, the % of conversions is bound to be a lot higher than someone searching for full tilt poker download or full tilt poker. While the second set of terms are still valuable, I'm sure conversion numbers will be lower as many noobs will just be downloading the software.

Mine is 95% or so lifetime.
I usually average around a 50-60% monthly rate and it shows a 97% lifetime conversion. The "Lifetime" conversion has made no sense to me ever since they changed to the 60day rule, but a loss of about 35% of players seems about right.
42% of sign ups for me turn in to depositing players.
65% of those depositing players turn in to a CPA payment.
If I were to send 100 players, in terms of Sign Ups > RMPs > CPAs, on average it should look something like this:
100 > 42 > 27
