Rules Suggestion

I'd like to suggest a cpl rules I think their was a thread around here for this, I couldn't find it. If so, feel free to merge them .

1. I'd like to see temp bans and post deletions in the market area for thread crashers. To be clear there was a lil comment in my thread today, but it was no biggie, actually thought to have a little fun with the guy (brand new today) but it did remind me that I'd meant to mention this.. been meaning to post something abt it here for a few weeks actually (since the onset of recent drama posts.. not to discourage them mind you.. i've been awfully bored lately having to work instead of participating in drama threads..

Thread owners, please PM me if you see people crashing your threads. I will take care of it.

Good Rule of thumb imo.

2. I'd like to see 50 posts and 60 days from new service providers/sellers etc. Since that seems unreasonable to some lol.. I'd like to propose that sellers that have less than 10 itraders, 50 posts and 60 days OR offer 2-5 (# negotiable) review copies free to posters that do.

This is also adopted from the forum above. They leave the amount of review copies up to the offerer, but they're pretty damn quick to get rid of idiots and illiterate people in their content thread. Btw, review copies is pretty much whatever service or software you're selling.

3. There are some neato rules here too, and some that really suck a lot .

1- Use your common sense.

2- Don't post anything that you know will contain any excessive verbal abuse towards another member of the forum that he/she may find overly offensive or not funny. It's only a joke if both people involved take it as one.

3- Don't harass the crap out of other members just to get your kicks.

4- Free speech rules here. There is no censorship whatsoever. But don't paste copyright material here, because I really don't feel like getting sued over your lack of rule #1.

5- Signatures. You may post affiliate links, and banners if you like. Don't make it too excessive and annoying. No audio allowed.

Hey Cathy, I did temp ban that guy for 24 hours and left a note for the other mods to look into (I'm a new mod and don't even know how to do half of the stuff yet as I've been really busy lately)
