    Default Chipleader Adjusted Earnings

Can anyone explain why Chip Leader payments keep appearing as adjusted for me hen I get paid. Normally they're 20-30% below what they should be after adjustment.

Also, what's the deal with the management there? I've sent 9 emails over the past month about 2 issues. The support reply and say they've passed it to the appropriate department and that this department get s high volume of emails (affiliate dept). However, it's now taken more than 30 days for them to respond. Anyone else find their management completely incapable of even a common courtesy?

It is possible the adjustment is chargeback related. However chargebacks are now on the reports, so you should be able to see if this is the case.

I guess I'm the only one getting repeatedly sodomized by UB both with their mystery adjustments and their 0 replies to emails asking what the adjustments are.

No, not the only one, but since they added the chargebacks into the reports, I am at least able to see what the adjustments are.

Sorry to drag this up again.

In my reports there are no chargebacks, no players returns, processing fees are already accounted for.

Is there anything else that they might be adjusting for?

If not, then they are actually stealing money from me on a monthly basis, significant amounts too. What's more, after 8 emails they still havn't told me what the adjustments are nor has anyone replied with an answer other than sorry for the delay in replying (almost 2 months now), we've sent this to the department in charge of these matters and asked them to reply.

When I say 2 months, I'm actually not joking.

The only thing I can think of is that you did not earn the minimum for payment release on a product, or products.

With AP, you have to earn at least $50.00 per product, i.e. casino, poker, Popup Blackjack and tournament Blackjack, before they release a payment.

Also, you may have had negative earnings for a casino product which does carry over.

As far as email support, I have had no problems with that. In fact, I have sent three emails in the last couple of weeks and I received a response within just a couple of hours. The email addy I used was support@chipleader.com.

    I hope this helps.

Have been well over the min release payment for every product.

I've used the chipleader email and I always get a reply saying sorry for the delay in getting back to you, we have sent this query to the appropriate department. Please note they get a large volume of emails which may account for the dealy in replying. So whoever is looking after adjusted earnings must be stealing from alot of affiliates if his email backlog is 2 months long
