Default AP Stance on Domain Use?

I see plenty of sites with 'AbsolutePoker' in them and am wondering if AP has taken any stance against any of these sites? Do they seem to care or not?

Please don't tell me about the risk I take and all that...I know all that. I'm just curious if they've taken away any sites or seem to not care.

Why not just ask AP directly? If they do allow it, then it's always good to have it in writing any ways.

I've never heard of anybody having a problem with the name in the domain.

Ask them if you really want to know. Or do the industry standard and build it and then if they ask you to take it down, say "I didn't know that wasn't allowed" and 301 it.

That's kinda the plan. I'd prefer to play dumb later than be told no now.
