Are You Keeping a Private Business Journal?

I'v been thinking of starting a business journal to keep track of all the stuff I'm doing, and were wondering if anybody on here has any experience with keeping a journal?

I will start writing one, but would really like some input before I do, since I think it will help me make better decisions on how to do it.
