Default No deposit sites, How it works?

Hi, i have a nodeposit site wich i have some plans for.
But i need some answers about how some sites pay there users.

Lets take Banderollmob.com and bankrollsource.com for example.

They pay out thousands of free $ everyday, do they use there own money or are the poker sites sponsor them with the money to pay new players.

Are they getting a CPA deal that does not require many hands raked at all? (I mean if they pay out $25 and the player lose all money first hand they dont rake what they have to do).

I would really need some info in this area, please help.

(Sorry for bad english) Sincerely Robin

Its a little off topic, but dont waste your time building a site that is focusing on players who cant afford to make a deposit! Just my 2 cents

Yes but i guess that the players that have a nodeposit site gets a CPA when the players they recruite "make a deposit". They pay the deposit for them, lets say $25 and gets $100 CPA..

    Thats my guess.

Here is how it worked when I did it:

Site paid me $X CPA: I paid player $Y free money. Player had to play N# of hands to clear the CPA. X >>> Y and players cleared N enough to make it profitable.

Another scheme was that I needed X number of signups to get a higher MGR share and showed a profit on giving the money away to players simply to get the higher MGR share.

I haven't done either of these in a long time so do not know how it works today - but I imagine it is very close to my first example. You need a site that allows you to incentivize players to signup (PokerStars is a notable example of a site which does not allow this) and you need the CPA to be easy to clear and significantly higher than the amount you are paying them - then you pray to hell that enough players play to turn a nice profit for you and at the very least, don't make you lose a bunch of money. In any case, it will take an up front investment from you.

Oh ya one more way I did it was that I got CPA+MGR share for players where CPA was about 50% of what I paid the players - then I hoped that they played enough to cover the rest of the CPA and show me a long term profit. I cannot recall whether or not this was a profitable but I don't do it anymore so I guess that says something.

Key negotiation points with sites for you will be large CPA and easy clearing requirements.
