DMOZ - Free
Yahoo Dir - Not sure if they accept gambling sites these days, but I haven't tried. - $300.
BOTW - $300 ish.
JoeAnt - Something like $40. Didn't have a great experience with these.
Gimpsy - Never tried.
GoGuides - Never tried.
Top Web Directory List - Directories Rated by Inbound Link Quality - ILQ
