    Default Kentucky Suing Fulltiltpoker

Seems that Fulltilt is in a bit of hot water lately on a few different legal fronts in the U.S. This article covers it pretty well and has some good links in it.

Kentucky Sues Full Tilt Poker, Other Sites to Recoup Losses by State Residents

It's probably just posturing by the crooks in Kentucky as well as the U.S. Federal government. Nonetheless, I'd definetely be a little nervous if I were one of the principals at FT residing in the U.S.

Talk about a massive game changer if something catastrophic went down and FT was no longer a U.S. room.

I love you Americans..... I really do.... I love visiting your country.... especially down the west coast form WA to CA.

But your legal and political system of ..... sue.... change policy... new government... Obama... yes?..... NO?..... maybe?.....

OK it's the same here in Canada but ....... you guys are still are THE super-power economically speaking and call the shots.

Where is online gambling for the hard working poker affiliate going?

Will we see online poker legalized soon with the Las Vegas casinos like Harrahs and hopefully PartyGaming leading the way?

    What do you yanks think?

    Dave

I would love to put max effort into promoting online poker again but .......

Your war on drugs..... and I'm talking about something as benign as pot.... makes me think that the whole American system of government can not be trusted to make one rational decision..... you are a free country right?

    My rant it over

If by "free" you actually mean "overburdened with taxes, runaway government spending, the highest incarceration rate in the world, politicians who do not represent the people who vote for them and a joke of a 2-party political system" then yes, we are a free country. I love this country btw, just not the politicians.
Even if you fall on your face, you're still moving forward.
