List of Affiliate Managers for every Site?

I'm wanting to contact the affiliate managers for every poker site with good reputations for paying out to affiliates. Is there a big list of affiliate manager contacts compiled somewhere? Or am I just going to have to knuckled down and visit every site out there?

I don't know if there is a big list anywhere, however if you click on any of the reviews here, on GPWA, or CAP, most have the affiliate managers listed and their email addresses.
