I would say at this stage our Digg Circle is too small to really have any effect. Will be interesting to see if Digg make changes or not.

Dugg as well. Also there is a lot of controversy going on right now in regards to digg and the ability for anyone other than power users to get on the homepage. Many diggers are not happy. This video is just an example.
