Oddsmaker.com are an old school US sportsbook and I was not aware they had a poker room.

Can not speak from the affiliate side but as a player I would not deposit with them. Here is a 3 year old thread I started on 2+2 (Link).

Here is an update log from SBR (Must Read Page). Here you'll see since this time complaints have continued to flow in steadily.

A complete list of the only US friendly sports betting sites I'd consider keeping any portion of my own money at is as follows:

Extremely confident about:

#1) Bookmaker (Parent Owned Skins Only)
#2) TheGreek & Bet Jamaica

Small Concerns But Still Use:

#3 Bodog
#4 5 Dimes

Truly that's it. If a bonus came about at Guardian site, or Skybook and I could get it for small deposit I might take. The list has been narrowed down to only four companies I'd feel okay keeping my money at.

This group had a Tusk like implosion selling white labels on Ongame, then moved to Dobrosoft and destroyed that network. Anytime you see Futurebet/IGS it is time to run.

Spiro has more health challenges and stress then Cigar so I think I'd give BetCris brands a slight edge for US market and they are larger also.. but it would be close enough I'd agree with that statement because Cigar probably has more enemies too.

However without the US market added to your statement I'd have to disagree. The hard nosed old school bookmakers are great assets to illegal sports betting but they are not safer than a legal regulated market. There is an entire list of sportsbooks that would be much safer with William Hill, Victor Chandler, Bet365 and dozen or so others making the list. Also while not a very good "Bookmaker" for players 888 and Party would go ahead those two as well.

Though 100% without a shadow of any doubt there is not any logical argument that TheGreek (and company owned brands) and Bookmaker (Company Owned brands) are the #1 and #2 safest sports books for USA players. Everyone else is a distance away from these companies.
