Big Chargeback amount, is possible or they dont want to pay?

Hi all,
I have a problem with one of the casinos I promote.

Got a high roller that played on the last 2 months of 2009 generating a net rake of over $60.000.

Trying to receive my money was not easy as I always received the same answer "We are studing your account"

Last friday I sent a post to other affiliates forum explaining the problem and, know what?, I have received a solution 5 days later.
There was a chargeback of $58.000 so my net rake is $10.000 and I get only $2500.

What you think?
What can I do?
Does a credit card company accept chargebacks of that big amount?

AMs opinions would be apprecited also.

What I want to know is if those big chargebacks are usual in this bussiness,

I can understand a $100-$300 chargeback, but a $58.000 chargeback????

Just think of one of the most notorious casino groups known for skimming, trimming, and shaving off affiliates. And of course many non payments.

Been going on years now and will likely continue - business as usual.

Its bullshit. But your not going to be able to do anything about it. Certin programs are known for this.

Just think, they told you its charge back, now removed player from your account. Think how much more he going to play this year.

and not just one.
