Need Graphics & Coding for 2 Tables

I need two tables, one for in content area and one for a sidebar, plus coding & install on my WP site. Of course I want as much of it in the css as possible to keep the code light. I have a color scheme in mind already.

The content table will need sportsbook logo mini icon (I can create these if needed), sportsbook name, rating, US flag image (I can produce), bonus text, review & visit buttons.

The sidebar table needs mini icon, sportsbook name, us flag, review text.

Then I need you to add it to my site. Pretty simple stuff.

PM price & when you can have it done. I'm hoping to get this done asap, can pay via paypal, or possibly FT as well.
